Follow Church Uploader: Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026

Who we are
Follow Church Uploader is an internal tool run by Follow Church (follow-church.com). Our church staff use it only to upload our weekly sermon videos to Follow Church’s own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public.

YouTube API Services
Follow Church Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What the app accesses
When an authorized church staff member signs in with Google, the app asks permission to manage the Follow Church YouTube channel. It uses that permission only to:

  • upload sermon videos,

  • set video titles, descriptions, thumbnails and privacy settings,

  • add videos to the channel’s playlists.

The app does not read, collect or store information about viewers, subscribers, commenters or anyone other than the Follow Church channel.

How data is stored
The sign-in authorization (an access token) is stored only on the church’s own computer, so uploads can run without signing in each time. Video files stay in the church’s own storage. We don’t keep any other copies of the data.

Sharing
We don’t sell, rent or share any data from this app with anyone. Data goes only to YouTube, as needed to upload and manage our videos.

Revoking access
You can remove the app’s access at any time in your Google Account’s security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the stored token on the church computer also ends the app’s access.

Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
